Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to this website and services provided by JGR Consulting US LLC (“JGR,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms and any signed proposal, statement of work or agreement.

2. Services

We provide business consulting, strategic planning, marketing research, survey design, public opinion polling, data analysis and related professional services. The scope, schedule, fees and deliverables for an engagement are established in writing. Changes require mutual written approval and may affect price or timing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, timely access, decisions and approvals. Clients represent that they have the right to supply all data and materials provided to JGR. Delays or incomplete information may alter delivery dates and costs.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are billed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due according to the applicable agreement or invoice. The client is responsible for authorized fees, approved expenses and applicable taxes. We may pause work on overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

5. Research Integrity

Research findings reflect the data, methods, assumptions and time period stated in the deliverable. Polling and market research describe measured conditions and do not guarantee a commercial, political or operational outcome. Clients may not misrepresent findings, methodology or sample limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. After full payment, the client may use final deliverables as permitted by the applicable agreement. JGR retains its pre-existing methods, templates, general know-how and tools. Drafts and unused concepts remain JGR property unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the engagement. This obligation does not cover information that is public through no breach, previously known without restriction, independently developed or lawfully received from another source.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse this site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material or use our services for deceptive, discriminatory or illegal activity.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Professional recommendations depend on information available at the time and require client judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. JGR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Any aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limitation.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as provided in the governing agreement. Upon termination, the client must pay for work performed and non-cancellable costs incurred through the termination date. Provisions intended to survive will remain effective.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt good-faith informal resolution of any dispute.
